Terms of Service
Last updated 24 August 2026.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to brands that create a ShoutTout account and to anyone using the site. By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to act for the brand you register.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and your brand details accurate. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend an account used to submit unlawful, misleading or infringing product claims.
3. Campaigns and approvals
Creator matching, scripting, production and scheduling run on our pipeline based on the parameters you submit. Nothing publishes without your approval: scripts, hooks and final cuts land in an approval queue with a review window you set.
You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims you supply and for any regulatory disclosure requirements in your market.
4. Staged payments
Campaigns are funded in stages against delivered reach. Your first payment funds the opening creator set, scripting and production. Later stages are released only after earlier performance is verified.
A campaign that misses its first-stage targets does not progress, and undelivered reach is credited back within 48 hours.
5. Intellectual property
You keep all rights in the brand assets and product information you provide. You grant us and matched creators the licence needed to produce, schedule and publish campaign content.
Campaign content remains subject to the usage window agreed for each campaign.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any campaign is limited to the amounts you paid for that campaign.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect, and continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
